This Privacy Refund describes Our policies and procedures on refunds and returns the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.  

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include, opened or used products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

2.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at beba.beauty@outlook.com with your order number, invoice number Pictures and details of the defect or damage.

4. Return Shipping
4.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.2 Prepaid Shipping Labels

In cases where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Return Procedure

5.2 Return Address

Once approved, please send your return to the address that our support team will provide.

6. Gift Items
6.1 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

7. Sale Items
7.1 Non-refundable Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
